Holiday Segal was born on August 28, 1987 in New York City, New York, USA. She is an actress, known for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), Third Watch (1999) and The Changeling (2006). She played the role of Kathleen Stabler, a recurring character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, only in the first season. After the first season, the role of Kathleen was taken over by Allison Siko.
