Tengai Shibuya III born on December 1, 1954, is a Japanese comedic actor. Born in Osaka Prefecture, he resides in Nishimuro District, Wakayama Prefecture. He served as the representative of "Shochiku New Comedy" until April 2023. His father was the comedic actor and playwright, 2nd Generation Shibuya Tengai.
